Whenever I go out to eat I always bring home my leftovers and they sit in my fridge for weeks on end. Who can relate?
Well lately when I bring home my leftovers I decided I'm going to heat them up the way that they were originally cooked. I had to get a little creative to think that way, but when you heat up leftovers the wrong way they end up tasting disgusting and stale.
So for example, I made hash browns and didn't eat them all so I stored them in a container in the fridge and when I heated them up I heated them in a skillet over the stove (just liked I cooked them) and they came out tasting just like I cooked them.
